Garden City, Kansas

Today was another day on the Santa Fe trail. Since it was Sunday, the roads were very quiet in it was nice riding.   The views were  ranch lands and vast fields of wheat.

We crossed back into the central time zone, which believe it or not, brings a certain comfort and familiarity.


 We continue to follow the Santa Fe trail and enjoy the periodic historical markers along the road.

Every once in awhile here in the great plains you run into a tank.

Today we covered 55 miles, bringing our total to 800.6 miles.
